There are few property types more charming than a quaint, timeless cottage. 

Our clients for this project recently purchased a beautiful, yet small, cottage close to the shore of Lake Washington. They wanted to take advantage of every inch of space in the cottage while creating a design that offered everyday functionality without feeling cramped.

After carefully considering how they’ll use the house on a daily basis we created a functional, bespoke design that fully maximizes their entire home. 

In the primary living room, we included a tucked-away storage cabinet next to the fireplace to offer additional storage without disrupting the room’s charm. A spacious area rug, vintage chairs, and subtle décor accents give the space a cozy, rustic feel.
